Artichoke & Cannelloni Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts – drained.
1 x 400 g can cannelloni beans – drained
1 crushed clove of garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese – finely grated
3 tbsp flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup Gwydir Grove Zesty Lemon Olive Oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and ground black pepper.
METHOD
Place all ingredients  - except Lemon oil, in a food processor. Process briefly to combine ingredients. With the motor running, drizzle the oil into the bowl to form a thick paste. Serve with grilled soft or thin crisp breads, or vegetables crudités.

Variations:  Can be used with chicken thigh fillet
