Spicy Chicken Drumettes

INGREDIENTS
18 – 20 chicken drumettes
4 tablespoons Simply Stirred Szechuan & Lime Paste (www.simplystirred.com.au)
2 tablespoon Gwydir Grove Fresh Lime Agrumato Olive Oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons verjuice
Bunch of coriander

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 C

Combine the paste with the olive oil, verjuice and honey until smooth. Cover the chicken and marinate for several hours.

Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20-30 minutes. Baste with the extra marinade until golden brown and cooked through. Top with chopped coriander and any remaining sauce to dip.
