Gwydir Grove Agrumato (with citrus) oils are created in the traditional method by processing the fresh citrus fruits and the fresh olives together. The citrus oil is extracted from the skin of the fruit at the same time as the oil is extracted from the olive.

Fresh Lime has been skillfully blended by Margi Kirkby and Jenni Birch, both accredited tasters and members of the Australian Olive Association Organoleptic Panel. A fantastic oil to use in Asian and Spanish style dishes where the flavour of fresh lime is required.

Available in 250 ml bottles.
